After a chaotic legal battle, all charges have been dropped and the Red Devils’ attacker is set to make a comeback to Old Trafford. Although, the Premier League club has initiated an investigation within the club before including the accused footballer in the team for the remaining season.

According to ESPN, the club is looking forward to gathering opinions from the players about the inclusion of Greenwood into the first team. Manchester United has confirmed that they are conducting ‘their own process‘ before finalizing the player’s future at the historic club. As per various other outlets, United will be consulting players from the men’s and the women’s teams. They plan on asking about their opinions about the 21-year-old’s case.

The prodigal devil was accused of serious criminal charges like attempts to rape, assault, and coercive behavior by his former girlfriend Harriet Robinson.
