The rest of the fans were seen screaming “Iron, Iron“.

Chelsea drop point

The Blues dropped another couple of points again after their match at the London Stadium. Graham Potter’s men have failed to win their previous game against Fulham as well. Chelsea owner Todd Boehly spent a humongous €500 million in the January transfer window.

The Blues signed Mykhailo Mudryk and Enzo Fernandes to strengthen the team. Portuguese stars Joao Felix, Benoit Badiashile, and Noni Madueke were also among the incoming. However, the arrival of the star names has yet to make an impact as the Blues were thwarted repeatedly by the Hammers.

Chelsea fans might also consider themselves robbed after Thomas Soucek clearly handled the ball inside the box without any ramifications. The fans were furious at both the manager and the referee for Chelsea’s underperformance.

A visibly salty Potter said, “You need your goalkeeper sometimes to give you the points. It looks like one of those that if it was given it wouldn’t have been overturned, but obviously, it wasn’t given.”

Talking about the sorry state of affairs, Potter added, “You have to earn your luck. We can’t complain or wait for luck to turn for us, we have to keep working. It looked quite a handball and, like I said, I didn’t know Tomas could get down so easily and save like that.
