Shakira paid for a ‘ritual’ to put a curse on the Spanish national team to ensure their early exit from 2022 FIFA World Cup: Reports
Shakira accused of cursing Spain for exit at 2022 FIFA World Cup
Spain‘s shocking elimination from the 2022 World Cup in Qatar against Morocco has had repercussions on the version of a new manager for the Spanish national team. Luis Enrique handed his position to Luis de la Fuente to alter course. Shakira’s involvement, however, was not anticipated.
The world was surprised by the separation of Shakira and Gerard Pique this year. They parted ways after confirming their split in a joint statement in June this year. Tarot reader Mhoni Vidente made the strange claim in her television program that Shakira had paid her to perform a “ritual” for the team.
Mhoni Vidente talked about Spain’s elimination in Qatar and accused the Waka Waka hitmaker of channeling a “curse” on them after her split from Gerard Pique. It would be surprising to learn that Shakira was involved in the Spanish national football team’s latest elimination from the FIFA World Cup’s round of 16.
After splitting from her longstanding boyfriend, Gerard Pique, the Colombian superstar, according to tarot reader Mhoni Vidente, put “a curse” on them. She said during her television show as reported by Marca, “The one that worked completely was Shakira’s curse, a curse that she put on the Spanish team. Shakira, the ritual you paid me for worked so that they would not do well,”.

Spain National Team’s exit at 2022 FIFA World Cup
Spain’s 2022 World Cup run got off to an impressive 7-0 thrashing of Costa Rica. After being retained to a 1-1 tie by the defending winners Germany, they fell to Japan 2-1 in their last group stage game. Nevertheless, they were able to place second in Group E and earn a spot in the championship’s knockout rounds.
After 120 minutes of play, Morocco kept them to a scoreless tie in the round of 16. Spain lost 3-0 in the penalty shootout that followed the game. In the faceoff against Morocco, Pablo Sarabia, Carlos Soler, and Sergio Busquets all lost penalties just one day after Spain coach Luis Enrique claimed that his team’s players had been instructed to attempt 1000 penalties as learning.
Following their 2022 FIFA World Cup Exit, the Spanish football federation confirmed that they had fired boss Enrique and had replaced him with Luis de la Fuente. “The RFEF has chosen Luis de la Fuente as the new (Spain) coach,” RFEF said in a statement.
