Karol G and Shakira’s joint album “TQG” has now surpassed 200 million streams on Spotify. It has become the fastest Latin female collaboration to reach this milestone.

Shakira and Karol G are both Colombian. They joined forces to settle the score with their celebrity ex-partners to release the already widely publicized TQG. The album has been a great success.

‘TQG’ are the initials of “Te Quedé Grande” which roughly translates to ‘you were not big enough for me’. It’s a slogan that Shakira repeats in Sessions #53 together with Bizarrap. It’s also one of the most streamed songs in the world during the last few months.

Karol G was recently interviewed and in that interview, she revealed that ‘TQG’ was written at the same time as ‘Mami’. But as she wanted the contents of her songs to take a turn, she decided to put them on the back burner. This was the reason why she didn’t use the song in the previous albums. “I decide that it’s a song that I’m going to keep for me, for my friends. We used to listen to it in the car. But that’s as far as that song was going to stay, it was going to be simply a song for me personally.”

The reason why Shakira put a witch on the balcony in front of Pique’s parents’ house: Report

Ever since Shakira and Gerard Pique separated in mid-2022, there have been many squabbles between the pair and the singer and the former footballer’s family. There have been songs, statements, controversial videos, and even curious objects in the house as a hint.

Regarding ‘the curious objects‘, a few months ago Shakira reportedly put a witch on the balcony of her home which looks onto that of her in-laws, the parents of Pique. Even though she took it down briefly, it was then put back up just last week.

Although many rumors about the reason why the Colombian put it there, looking towards the house where Montserrat Bernabeu and Joan Pique live are already in the air. But the real reasons are now known.

Shakira has acted in revenge after learning how both her mother-in-law and Clara Chia, Pique’s new girlfriend, referred to her. The Twitter account ‘JLOAccess’ reported that both women called Shakira a “witch“. As a result, Shakira wanted to let them know that she was aware of this nickname. And this is why she placed a witch on her balcony, curiously looking towards the house shared by her in-laws.

According to the user, it was their children who warned Shakira about the nickname. The user added, “Pique has the nerve to say he wants to protect his children while allowing his family to insult Shakira in front of them. Any song still falls short of what this toxic family has done to Shakira.
