Gerard Pique, the former Barcelona captain, has been a popular topic of discussion for media outlets since he reportedly cheated on ex-lover Shakira. On January 26, the Spanish billionaire made his connection with Chia Clara Marti public by posting a photo of his new girlfriend on his Instagram account. The duo was spotted sitting close together, smiling for the camera.
The pair split up last year, but their split was incredibly nasty and public, with both parties throwing shades at each other. Shakira has referenced her ex on several occasions in her recent song, most viciously in “BZRP Music Session #53”. Shakira addresses the father of her two children in the song, which has 221 million views on YouTube, “I’m too big for you, that’s why you’re with someone just like you.” Pique and his new 23-year-old partner Clara Chia Marti were also mentioned by the Colombian, who said: “I’m worth two 22-year-olds. You traded a Ferrari for a Twingo. You traded a Rolex for a Casio.”
According to the latest reports, the Colombian Pop-Star will release another song on the ex-partners share the birthday, February 2. The latest song will not feature some direct attacks as Felicito’ and ‘Monotonía’.but will be more of a subtle diss track. Shakira has made some big bucks with her last two songs. She allegedly earned $512,000 from YouTube, $500,000 from Amazon Music, $360,000 from Spotify, and $1,200,000 from Apple Music, totaling $2,500,000. ‘Te felicito,’ another song published with a subliminal reference to Pique, won the She-Wolf singer $10 million.

Gerard Pique Is Caught Listening To Shakira Months After Splitting
After the high-profile couple broke their 11-year romance, Gerard Pique was caught listening to Shakira’s music while driving. The former Manchester United defender didn’t appear to be in a good mood as he drove along. However, others taking photographs and videos of him may have contributed as much as his former partner’s music.

The 2010 World Cup champion also announced his retirement from professional football in December after playing his final game for Spanish giants Barcelona.
Just like Shakira, Pique also made some financial gain following the diss, which is not bad for the ex-Barcelona captain. On a Twitch live, he playfully unveiled Casio as a sponsorship of his seven-a-side ‘Kings League,’ alluding to a phrase from the new single. In another brilliant answer to his spouse of 11 years, he drove up in a white Renault Twingo.
