Uruguay national football team has finally revealed their 26-member squad that will take the flight to Qatar for the FIFA World Cup and the team looks absolutely stunning on paper. The fans will be hoping that their team can make it to the knockout stages and go on to fight for the trophy.
Uruguay is in a very strong group with South Korea, Ghana, and Portugal and will have to be at their absolute best if they are to have any chance of qualifying for the round of 16 stage. With a strong backline with the experienced Diego Godin and Jose Maria Gimenez and Ronald Araujo back from injury, teams will find it very hard to score past them.
Federico Valverde and Rodrigo Bentancur will look to put all their hard work and creativity into the midfield and help their attackers find the back of the net. With veteran strikers, Luis Suarez and Edinson Cavani who will be playing their last World Cup, the La Celeste will look to bring the famous trophy back to their country this time.
