“Welcome to the, blanked by Ronaldo club”- Jamie Carragher hits out at Gary Neville after getting ignored by Cristiano Ronaldo

Jamie Carragher took to his social media and reacted to Cristiano Ronaldo’s gesture on Gary Neville before the match against West Ham United. Cristiano Ronaldo decided to ignore Gary Neville while coming to warm up and hugged ex-Liverpool midfielder Jamie Redknapp and ex-Manchester United player Louis Saha.
Ronaldo completely blanked Neville as he had previously criticized him for his recent behavior and unprofessionalism. Neville’s compatriot, Jamie Carragher who has also previously received the same treatment from Ronaldo took to his Twitter to make fun of his friend saying, “Welcome to the, blanked by Ronaldo club @GNev2.”
Neville replied with funny emoji and a couple of handshakes saying, “We’re off the Christmas card list aren’t we?” This reference was because Jamie also blanked by Ronaldo before in August because he criticized the forward and said that he is finished and that Manchester United won’t be able to achieve with him in the team.
What did Gary Neville say to Ronaldo in reply to his unpleasant behavior towards him?
Ex-Manchester City player Micah Richards asked Neville in a very funny voice how it felt on being ignored and snubbed by Cristiano Ronaldo. Neville burst out in laughter and made a serious point saying that the forward hasn’t lately been acting like a player who has spent time playing under the great Sir Alex Ferguson and who has always been so disciplined when it came to sports.
He added, “I know, but he doesn’t behave like someone who’s played with me, or him [pointing at Keane] for that matter.” He then asked Roy Keane who was standing next to him, “Just tell me something though. He’s watching everything…I think if I had 570 million followers on Instagram I wouldn’t be arsed about Gary Neville.”
