Mercedes shares yet another cheeky sneak peak into their 2022 Challenger

The 2021 season was a year to forget for Mercedes and their driver Lewis Hamilton as they missed out on 5th consecutive world drivers’ championship after a controversial unlapping decision from race director Michael Masi allowed Red Bull’s Max Verstappen to secure the title by over tacking Lewis Hamilton in the last lap season finisher the  Abu Dhabi GP.

Following the loss, a furious Mercedes who felt the they were stollen of the glory protested the decision  which was overturned by the stewards. Following the incident Lewis Hamilton abstained himself from public or social media platforms and was also absent in he mandatory F1 gala. Lewis Hamilton only broke his silence recently to launch his new charity efforts but is yet give any clarifications on his opinions about the Abu Dhabi drama.  

Mercedes is hopeful that Lewis Hamilton will join them for 2022 to drive alongside his new teammate George Russell and the team is intensely teasing sneak peaks into their 2022 challenger thorough social Media platforms . Mercedes shared another cheeky preview of their 2022 F1 challenger W13 though their official twitter handle as the Barkley based team shared another dark shaded photo captioned “Another busy week complete. One week closer to revealing our W13”. The 2022 challenger is scheduled to be released in February 18th.

How fans reacted to the cheeky reveal by Mercedes

Fans where quick to react to possibly the photo the of their 2022 challenger, which is scheduled to be released in February 18th. Some followers lightened the dark version of the photo revealing interesting extension of the car. This was followed fans trolling and enquiring about the new Mercedes

Few fans fan commented “Just when i expect to see “nice photoshop skills” on steering wheel, i encounter a different thing”

“Waiting for someone to increase brightness and show some easter eggs on car” alluding to the previous sneaky peaks provided by the team. Another comment red

Another fan trolled the Mercedes Twitter admin by asking him to actually show a sneak peak to the car ….in a mischievous way!

Some fans were trying to scientifically determine the color of the Ivory whether its black or silver blue? “judging by the gloss and reflections, as a graphic designer I can confirm you this is a silver livery. No black color would behave like that under lights. I may be wrong, don’t kill me xD
