Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen were the two heavy hitters from the last season without a shadow of a doubt and also the duo had some breathtaking duels during the course of the season. It was David v. Goliath in its true sense.

A rookie when it comes to Formula 1 getting the best of the seven time world champion. Just as we thought, this was the end of their rivalry; we have got it all wrong. The biggest prize has although gone to Formula 1 which looked set to be dead and buried before their rising from the ashes season of 2021 came along.

But this very interesting season brought a controversy in its last race which made Max Verstappen the champion. But this French outlet doesn’t seem to agree with the decision and have a questionable view and quoted, “ Sport and fair play make Lewis Hamilton the only eight-time world champion in F1 history. He thus exceeds the seven titles of Michael Schumacher and should display 104 victories on his list. And that it was decided that it was better for F1 that the race resume for the sole needs of television without the conditions for this resumption being met is neither normal nor arguable.”

We weren’t getting over this disputable topic when another claim like this thrown fuel to fire and has left the fans of Formula divided. Both the parties have valid points but we need to accept the decision and move on since a new season is fast approaching.

Since it is confirmed that the Lewis Hamilton is all set to return and take center stage, we can all be ready to see the seven time world champion come out swinging because we can be rest assured that he won’t go down without a fight.

We also know how feisty Max Verstappen is. This can only mean one. A season full of action, drama and with only one winner i.e. the sport itself. So fasten your seatbelts because it surely is going to be a bumpy ride no matter which came you favor.
