As said earlier, Jellie is a Rare Outfit in Fortnite: Battle Royale that can be purchased in the Item Shop for 1,200 V-Bucks. He was released in Chapter 2: Season 1 and is part of the Fish Food Set. He was last seen in the Item Shop on July 11th, 2021 and Jellie appears in Chapter 2: Season 3 launch trailer where Meowscles skis into his house and accidentally takes Jellie with him.
Outfits are cosmetic only, changing the appearance of the player’s character, so they do not provide any game benefit although some outfits can be used to blend in the environment. Outfits are based on the Character Models. He comes in 2 styles, the default pink version and the tropical featured one.
Flopping into the hearts of Fortnite fans, Jellie came onto the Battle Royale scene in January of 2020 as part of the “Fish Food Set.” His ombre look of blue, purple, and pink oozes glee, culminating in his huge grin and playful, anemone-like “hair”. It almost seems antithetical for him to appear in a game where you shoot people. But his popularity persists with Epic Games bringing this skin back to the shop time after time despite its old release.
