Garena reveals 42 top qualified teams for the Free Fire India Championship (FFIC) 2021

Free Fire India Championship 2021 Fall has been announced with a 75 Lakh INR prize pool for India and Nepal region. The tournament was announced right after the conclusion of FFCO 2021.

Free Fire India Championship (FFIC) 2021 kicked off on August 23 with FFC Mode online qualifiers. Since then, players await to know the qualified teams which Garena has to announce. The wait has come to an end, officials have announced 42 qualified teams that will take part in the closed qualifiers.

Garena has taken it to Facebook and has announced all qualified teams and the instructions to proceed for further progress. Here are the shortlisted teams for qualification to the FFIC 2021 Closed qualifiers.

Garena has instructed that these teams will get an in-game mail notification to collect more information for verification of the team in the closed qualifiers. They have to respond within 48 hours, otherwise, their spot on the list will be given for the next top 50 teams of the FFC Mode.

The officials also have announced that the anti-cheat system has caught a player who has been implying cheats in the game. Fun Gmer from Team Jaanu has been caught cheating and therefore the team got disqualified from the tournament. Their spot has been given to the next top team on the waiting list.

Officials have put the next 50 top teams on the waitlist and the teams will be contacted via in-game mail as well. If the shortlisted teams fail to respond, the teams on this waitlist are given the chance for qualification.

Receiving an in-game mail does not ensure a spot in the FFIC Closed Qualifiers. Each team must have to respond or verification and the required information is collected by the officials. Any team that does not respond back will lose their position to the top team on the waitlist.

The closed qualifiers are set to take place on September 1 and 2. In the closed qualifiers, a total of 48 teams(42 from FFC mode open qualifiers and 6 invited teams from FFPL: ranked from 7-12th).

After the closed qualifiers, the top 12 teams will qualify for the League stages which are scheduled to take place from September 17th – October 3rd, 2021.
