Bunker Shot? No problem for Manchester United Legend Paul Scholes as he shows amazing control and precision

Paul Scholes

Back in the day, Paul Scholes had ‘accuracy’ written all over him. The midfield maestro commanded Manchester United midfield for almost two decades winning countless titles for his team. Scholes was part of the Class of ’92 along with fellow greats in the form of David Beckham, Ryan Giggs, Gary Neville etc.

The United legend was unplayable on his day and those long range volleys were just absolute dynamites. Scholes, a goal-scoring player stood at the heart of United’s midfield and pulled the strings to make the team tick. Those were the days, and lately with the club in turmoil, what would United fans not give just to roll back time and have their precious “Scholesy” back.

Paul Scholes took part in a pro-am tournament before the BMW PGA Championship to be hosted at Wentworth and it was then that the fans witnessed Scholes’ brilliance once again, though not with his feet this time. Stuck in a bunker shot, Paul showed his class and accuracy to get out of a tricky situation.

Scholes not only put the ball out of the bunker but he shot it directly in the hole and stunned everyone around. Well to be frank, given Scholes’ caliber, he definitely wouldn’t have expected anything less from himself. Look at the shot and just enjoy the brilliance of this man.

Scholes seems to have a certain knack for accuracy.
