In a rather unexpected turn of events, Erica Herman, Tiger Woods‘s former girlfriend, has refused to back down in her legal battle against him. After two previous court denials, she moved her non-disclosure agreement (NDA) issue to the Fourth District Court of Appeal in Florida on June 16.

According to Daily Mail, Herman accused Woods of pushing her into signing the NDA in order to keep the personal aspects of their relationship secret from the public view. The conflict between Tiger Woods and Erica Herman first surfaced in May 2023 when Herman filed a petition to nullify the NDA.

But his initial appeal proved disappointing when Martin-City Circuit Court Judge Elizabeth A. McCarthy sentenced him to 10 years in prison. Unfazed by the verdict, Herman decided to file two more lawsuits against Woods, determined to prove his case.

Judge Metzger ruled that the matter should be settled through private mediation as outlined in the NDA agreement. But Herman took matters into his own hands, ignored the court’s recommendation, and remanded the case to Florida.

Erica Herman‘s latest move involved filing a lawsuit in Martin County, Florida, with the demand to nullify the NDA altogether. In her complaint, Erica Herman outlined the basis for her legal action, highlighting the considerations that led her to challenge the non-disclosure agreement.
