Paige Spiranac hits back at trolls, says weight gain is because she is ‘happiest she’s ever been’

The former golfer and social media influencer Paige Spiranac has come out and ran down her trolls who have body-shamed her off late. Despite winning the title of World’s Sexiest Woman, online trolls have been after her and have been regularly fat-shaming her.
The former American golfer last week made an appearance on TV at a baseball game between Milwaukee Brewers vs. New York Yankees match in Wisconsin. During that appearance soon the topic of discussion turned to how she has been receiving vile comments online.

The golfer turned influencer shared some comments that were targeted at her on her social media platforms.
“People were absolutely roasting me. And this was after a video I posted a couple of days prior where people were fat shaming me. I’ve been called fat before from trolls but not at this level…”, she said
“Here are some of the comments; ‘Not that cute from this video she looks like a disgusting pig. You know the reality somewhere between the sexiest woman alive and a fat washed-up whale’, ‘she’s getting chunky’, ‘she’s getting fat.”
“‘Looks like she got some fillers injected before the game she can be on the next episode of botched’, ‘talk about a butter face’, ‘brave of her to show up looking like a fat disgusting pig’.”
However, despite being irritated with all those comments she was happy in her space. The 29-year-old former golfer went on to say that the reason behind her weight gain is that she was “feeling the happiest,” of late.
“I am the happiest I feel like I’ve ever been and that is probably why I have gained a little weight,” she added.
