WATCH: “Lets go Brandon!”: Donald Trump, Tucker Carlson, others cheer and laugh as LIV Golf crowd chants

The third event of the LIV Golf series has definitely made the headlines, with Donald Trump starring as the main character. Recently, Trump along with Fox New’s Tucker Carlson and Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene were seen cheering on as the crowd broke out into ‘Let’s go Brandon!’ chants on the course.

The chant is a commonly used MAGA (Make America Great Again) after a sports reporter mistakenly heard a crowd, thinking that they were celebrating the win of a NASCAR driver, Brandon Brown. Trump supporters have since then used the chant to publicly and vocally criticise President Joe Biden.

Donald Trump enjoying LIV Series amidst growing backlash

In a video posted to Twitter, chants broke out as the crowd spotted Trump, Carlson, Greene, Eric Trump and Kimberly Guilfoyle as the group smiled and waved. Photos of Carlson and Trump were also clicked during the event, which has been causing much controversy over the last several days.

It has angered the victims and families who survived 9/11, as well as those fighting for justice for the murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi- both of which have been tied to Saudi Arabia. Despite the backlash however, the series is still going strong, as the Saudi backing leaves the golfers and the tour unfazed.
