Businesses are one of the best ways to earn money in GTA 5 Online however, they require a player to spend money first to be able to buy the properties/vehicles required for the business. The Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack solves this issue. The CESP is a purchasable add-on or DLC for GTA 5 Online. Maze Bank West CEO Office($1,000,000)- This is the most important property needed to run businesses in GTA 5. Most businesses won’t let the player run them without the player owning a CEO Office first.

Paleto Forest Bunker($1,165,000)- One of the best passive businesses in the game, the bunker allows you to earn money easily in the background without it needing much work. However, the Paleto Forest Bunker is not recommended due to its distance from the city and it is advised to purchase a better bunker when possible. The Lago Zancudo bunker is a very good bunker to purchase for a moderate price tag.
Counterfeit Cash Factory($845,000)- The Counterfeit Cash factory is a passive MC business that requires the Clubhouse to run as mentioned earlier. It is a good business, although the Coke Lab must be purchased whenever possible.
San Vitus Street Low-End Apartment($99,000)- This is a beginner low-end apartment that has space for only 2 cars and cannot be used to start any heists. This is not a good apartment by any means and the player must switch to a newer high-end apartment as soon as possible. Great and affordable apartments can be found around Rockford Heights and Richards Majestic areas. The Downtown area is also a great location to look for some great High-End apartments.
1337 Exceptionalist Way Garage($112,000)- This is a great 10 car garage which gives additional storage for vehicles. The location although a little inconvenient does not cause any big problems in the long run.
