The Note Block is a musical block that can produce sounds and beats when touched or when powered by redstone. Players cannot find them naturally spawning anywhere in the world, and they have to personally craft them. It is a fragile block that can be mined easily with an Axe.

Making Note Block in Minecraft

Players need the following items to make a Note Block in Minecraft:

  • Wooden Planks x8 (any wood works)
  • Redstone Dust x1

Wooden Planks can be made by cutting wood and processing them in either your player Inventory or the Crafting Table.

Redstone Dust can be found by mining Redstone blocks in the Overworld.
