Major details about Raw on Netflix (via WWE and Netflix)
The $5 billion deal with Netflix is surely going to bring a lot of change to Raw. This change will revolutionize the way fans consume WWE programming. With the debut episode of Raw on the streaming giant just two weeks away, fans have gotten a lot of clarity about how the streaming of their favorite shows will work.
Firstly, replays of all episodes will be made available right after the live broadcast ends. Normally, streaming services require a bit of time to render a live video before making the recording available on demand. However, the great thing about Netflix is that all of its live programming becomes available immediately afterward.
All episodes will be available to be downloaded on users’ devices. However, they can only do so 48 hours after the live episode ends. This is likely done to prevent privacy and illegal streaming while the episode is still fresh.

WWE superstars are still unaware about the duration of Raw episodes on Netflix
WWE recently announced that SmackDown will be a three-hour show starting in 2025. However, there is still no clarity about the duration of Raw episodes once the show is on Netflix. According to recent reports, it appears that WWE superstars are equally in the dark as the fans.
According to a report by Fightful, WWE talent still does not know the exact duration of Raw once it moves to Netflix in January. One source did say that there are absolutely no time constraints for the duration. The promotion will not be obligated to match an exact three-hour limit from next year onwards. Previous reports suggested that there was a lot of internal debate within the company regarding shows’ durations.
They have the liberty to shorten or extend the duration as they wish, depending on the quantity of content on that week’s episode. This is still a great change, as many segments have been cut off prematurely due to the time limit being met.
The WWE Universe is incredibly hyped about Raw’s premiere on Netflix. The company has already announced several marquee match-ups, such as CM Punk vs Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns vs Solo Sikoa, and Liv Morgan defending her Women’s World Championship against Rhea Ripley.
