SRH chasing MI’s 209 run target looked set to bring another 200 plus run-chase at Sharjah in IPL 2020. However, a batting collapse meant SRH remained 38 runs short and made 174/7 in 20 overs.

SRH skipper David Warner and Kane Williamson were on the crease after 109/2 at one stage. Post that MI bowlers tightened the grip after picking up 5 wickets without conceding big runs. Warner was the best performer for SRH who made a calm and composed 60 runs. Jonny Bairstow and Manish Pandey tried to pick up the chase but didn’t add much to the SRH innings.
