The highly anticipated heavyweight showdown between Jake Paul and Mike Tyson attracted significant attention. The pre-fight buildup featured several intriguing moments that generated a buzz worldwide. One notable incident occurred during the weigh-in face-off when Tyson appeared to slap Paul.

Jake Paul recently appeared on his brother’s podcast, IMPAULSIVE. This appearance follows his recent victory over Mike Tyson in a controversial bout that featured a 30-year age difference between the two boxers. During their weigh-in face-off, Tyson seemingly slapped Paul. Days later, the 27-year-old boxer addressed the incident on his brother’s podcast.

I didn’t feel it. I’m really not trying to be tough or something. I didn’t feel a single thing. Not even like, ‘Oh my God, that hurt.’ Like, my skin, like the impact, it was all beard, so the skin didn’t even hurt… Didn’t wobble, didn’t have any stars, didn’t feel it. Nothing.

Additionally, his brother Logan Paul expressed that the boxing legend made a serious mistake by slapping Jake. The Problem Child defeated the boxing legend in a lackluster bout. Furthermore, even Jake’s mother was displeased with Tyson’s behavior during the weigh-in show.

KSI goes off at Jake Paul after the Mike Tyson fight

Jake Paul made his professional debut in 2020. Since then, he has gained significant recognition, both receiving applause and facing criticism. One major reason for the boxing community’s critique of the Problem Child is his tendency to seek out easier matchups. Throughout his boxing career, Paul has primarily fought retired fighters, which has not been well-received by many.

After Paul’s victory over Mike Tyson, YouTuber-turned-boxer KSI expressed his views on the controversial matchup. As such, the founder of Misfits Boxing was clearly unhappy with how many people bid for the Paul vs. Tyson fight to happen. Additionally, KSI harshly criticized the Problem Child while reacting to the fight.

I guess we felt hard done by. A lot of people that watched the fight don’t really watch boxing. They probably thought the 58-year-old Mike Tyson was going to be the teenage Mike Tyson they saw back in the day, and was going to absolutely destroy Jake Paul… I thought the whole thing was embarrassing,, but Jake doesn’t give a sh*t. He has no shame.

KSI and Jake do not have a strong friendship. As such, for years, they have been exchanging jabs at each other. Recently, Logan Paul, Jake’s older brother, mentioned the possibility of resolving the feud between the Misfits founder and the Problem Child. However, a fight between them is unlikely to happen soon, as both boxers currently compete in different weight classes.
