Joe Rogan has always had a reputation for speaking his mind. Over the years, the public has seen the UFC commentator delve into numerous intriguing topics, primarily focusing on MMA, politics, and current events. However, Joe Rogan rarely discusses his family and daughters. Recently, he unexpectedly opened up about them.

Rogan is the host of one of the most popular podcast shows in the world, Joe Rogan Experience. Interestingly, his show has been a massive success and features a wide array of guests. Recently, Marvel star Josh Brolin (who portrayed Thanos) made an appearance on the show. During their engaging discussion, Rogan mentioned that he didn’t force his daughters to take up martial arts.

Everybody’s different. I don’t want them to follow my footsteps for anything stupid like that. I just I want you to be your own human being… My youngest is an artist… My other one is a phenomenal athlete. It’s like, I think that you should do what you want to do that, I’ll bring you. I’ll show you. I’ll teach you. I’ll help you. But if you don’t want to do that, I don’t want to push you.

Although he did not pursue a professional career in MMA, he was a top taekwondo fighter and holds a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. With his extensive knowledge, he has become one of the most prominent figures in the UFC community.

However, despite his deep connection to the sport, Rogan never pressured his daughters to follow in his footsteps. Instead, he encouraged them to pursue their own dreams. His eldest daughter, Kayja Rose, who is adopted, has emerged as a popular R&B artist. This situation underscores the affection that Rogan has for his daughters.

Joe Rogan jokes about the perks of being a father to daughters

UFC commentator Joe Rogan is well-known for his diverse career as a comedian and podcast host, among other roles. However, what may not be widely recognized is his dedication as a father of three daughters. Rogan married ex-model Jessica Ditzel in 2009, and together they have two daughters named Lola and Rosy. Additionally, they are parents to Kayja Rose, who is Rogan’s adopted child.

Kayja is Ditzel’s daughter from a previous relationship and is the eldest of his daughters. Although she is not Rogan’s biological child, they have developed a close bond. Recently, the UFC commentator, in one of his podcast episodes, expressed how fortunate he feels to be a father of three daughters.

I have all girls, so they’re mad at me for stuff that doesn’t even make sense… I’ve got a 14 and 16 and then a grown one, 27 year old… They’re just different. It’s just women and girls are just different. I think the universe did me a solid by giving me only daughters because you have a different perspective hanging like, if I had a son, I’d be like, ‘Oh, I got to keep this f**king savage out of jail’ because I’m passing my genes.

Along with expressing gratitude for being a father of daughters, Rogan joked about not being a father of a son. The UFC commentator is part of an industry where he has witnessed several men committing heinous crimes. Because of this, Rogan feels fortunate to have daughters, as he wouldn’t have to constantly worry about hypothetical sons.
