I’m like ninety plus percent only meat, ninety plus percent. Every now and then I’ll eat a cookie, like I’m not ridiculous. I’ll have tacos, if they you know I love tacos, good, solid Mexican taco but it’s like I know the reality of what food is, dessert is just fun… I love it but that’s just because I enjoy life. I like going to a restaurant and a great chef cooks you a great meal. I don’t think, ‘Oh my god, there’s gluten in it.’

Interestingly, one of the notable figures promoting meat-based dietary plans is influencer Brian Johnson, also known as the ‘Liver King’. In his social media content, Johnson showcases a primal lifestyle and shares videos of himself eating raw meat. In a podcast episode with Logan Paul, the Liver King mentioned how influential personalities are helping him achieve his ultimate purpose in life.

When I hear the carnivore MD or Rogan promoting this way of living, I’m like this is f***ing amazing. You’re helping me do my job, this is my purpose in life.

This accusation led to a back-and-forth between the two, as Rogan is well aware of how the process of physical transformation works for individuals.
