Morata will join Juventus on loan with an option to buy him for €45 million at the end of the loan spell. This makes Morata’s second spell at the Italian club, wherein he scored 27 goals in 93 games across two seasons between 2014 and 2016.

He left  Juventus to return back to Real Madrid for a year before joining Chelsea. He joined Atleti where he scored 12 La Liga goals last season in 34 appearances.

Juventus were on the radar for a striker as Higuain left for Inter Miami. Suarez and Dzeko were seen to be the first choice for Pirlo but both of their deals were seen to be difficult to go through. This resulted in Morata making another change in long-travelled career. Juventus confirmed the news on their Instagram page with a picture of the striker.
