The team’s next win is especially essential, considering the championship is on the line. However, Kyrie Irving has a confident attitude about Game 4.

Kyrie Irving agreed with Luka Doncic‘s assessment, stating the series was far from done despite losing Game 3. During the press conference, Irving discussed his mindset in the crucial fourth game. The guard is focused on preparing for an aggressive outing in the next game. Irving used an interesting metaphor to answer the question.

Further, Irving stated that the team needs to continue performing defensively, considering the Boston Celtics’ range. The Dallas Mavericks guard acknowledged the Celtics’ reliability from the three-point but stated that the Mavs need to stay positive. Irving expects a tough Game 4 as he is ‘dusting off the tools’ to be prepared for the matchup.

Irving started strong by dropping 20 points in just the first half while finishing with a game-high 35 points. The star was efficient from the field, scoring four three-pointers, his first in the series.
