Lando Norris reportedly met Daniel Ricciardo at midnight after the Australian stole fastest lap at Singapore

Daniel Ricciardo seems to be all set to exit Formula 1 completely amidst the incessant rumors. The Aussie snatched the fastest lap of the Singapore GP towards the end as a final help to his old pal Max Verstappen. Even the Dutchman was extremely delighted after this help from his close friend. Subsequently, according to reports, the 35-year-old also met up with his ex-McLaren mate Lando Norris after the race.
Kym Illman, an accredited Formula 1 photographer closely watched the entire post-race happenings in first person. Illman revealed that just after midnight, Daniel Ricciardo was visited by Lando Norris in the garage. The Australian further noted that both the drivers caught up behind the closed doors of the RB garage after Ricciardo stole the fastest lap from Norris.

Following this, Illman added that both the drivers were chatting in the paddock for over ten minutes. After this, Norris was spectated leaving the garage leaving Ricciardo all by himself. Illman recalled that it got very late in the night that the Aussie was still in the paddock after the race.
About 10 minutes later, Lando came out and left the paddock. At that point, that left Daniel as the only driver, as far as I could tell, still left in the paddock. And this is getting quite late.Kym Illman added

Ricciardo’s departure from the Formula 1 paddock isn’t set in stone yet as the grid awaits confirmation. The Aussie’s exit from RB would mean that Liam Lawson would gain entry onto the extremely competitive grid. Regardless, Faenza has continued to maintain silence on the matter and let chaos wreak as the fans keep second-guessing their opinions.
