After Megan Thee Stallion exposed Dallas Mavericks star Klay Thompson for allegedly cheating on her, Seattle Storm guard Lexie Brown has found her way into the conversation.

It was not her intention, nor was it her motive, to get entangled in this mess. But after fans claimed that the WNBA star was chatting with the four-time NBA champion, many believed Thompson cheated on his rapper girlfriend with Brown.

This was the 2021 WNBA champion, revealing how the situation has spiralled out of control, even though she categorically denied being involved with Klay Thompson.

The Boston native reiterated that she has nothing to do with this mess with the Mavs star and his now ex-girlfriend. But somehow, Megan Thee Stallion’s fans believe that she was the reason for her breaking up what they felt was going to materialize into marriage.

Lexie Brown clarified through her Instagram page that she was not the one involved with Klay Thompson. However, that has not stopped the accusations.

One of them, if not both of them, knows that it was not me… For them to just allow me to get dragged, for a lot of people to allow me to get dragged through the mud for three or four days now, knowing 100% that what was being said is false, that surely someone would step in and say, ‘No, this is a lie, please point your fingers somewhere else or don’t point them at all.’ … It didn’t happen.

The former 9th overall pick believes that either the NBA star or Megan Thee Stallion could have helped her by asking fans to stop the false rhetoric.

Brown clarified that she and Klay Thompson are ‘friends.’ Yet, neither he nor his now ex-girlfriend helped her clear her name. Since they have not done so, she is on the receiving end of this ‘hate.’

Lexie Brown is still hoping that someone helps her out in this mess, as she has nothing to do with the cheating allegations levied by the multiple Grammy Award-winning artist.

Emmanuel Acho believes Megan Thee Stallion should ask her fans to stop harassing Lexie Brown

While the natural course correction for Lexie Brown would be if Klay Thompson came out and cleared her name, Emmanuel Acho does not believe that should be the course of action.

Lexie should be going at Megan Thee Stallion’s supporters… for allowing that to go on. Why didn’t Megan Thee Stallion come out and say, ‘Hey, it wasn’t Lexie.’ Meg’s the one who knows who Klay allegedly cheated with.

Emmanuel Acho said on Speakeasy

The former NFL star pointed out that if the five-time NBA All-Star does say that Brown is not the one he cheated with, he would still be admitting that he cheated.

That makes it a precarious situation for the Mavs star. That is why Acho does not expect Thompson to do so. Instead, he hopes Megan Thee Stallion helps out a fellow woman under duress here.
