Klay Thompson and Megan Thee Stallion are all over the news after the rapper broke up with the Dallas Mavericks guard after months of dating.

The two were closer than either of them had been in their previous relationships. The Grammy Award-winning rapper even stated that the four-time NBA champion was a true gentleman.

The two were lavishing each other with luxurious gifts, along with all the time they could make for one another. Either the 31-year-old was flying to Dallas to be beside her boyfriend, or Thompson ensured he was visiting her whenever he could.

Cooking for the family on Thanksgiving, going out for elaborate dates, and her legions of fans felt that this was it for Megan Thee Stallion.

Then came the bombshell social media post where the Texas native broke off her relationship and then accused Klay Thompson of cheating.

Klay Thompson has been accused of cheating multiple times

While Stephen A. Smith was angsty about Megan Thee Stallion exposing the reasons for their breakup, it came as no surprise to those who have followed the Dallas Mavericks’ star’s dating history.

His dry sense of humor, along with his non-superstar ego, seems to be a hit with the ladies. The Los Angeles native first started dating influencer Hannah Stocking in 2014. The social media star broke it off in 2015 and accused Thompson publicly of cheating on her.

Then there was Hollywood star Laura Harrier, who met the five-time All-Star in 2018 and started dating. She was praised for being the pillar of support behind the then-Golden State Warriors guard as he was recovering from a torn Achilles tendon.

They parted ways a couple of years later. Although there is no official reason for their split, there are allegations that the former 11th overall pick was allegedly cheating on Harrier with other women.

He was also alleged to have a relationship with Eiza Gonzalez and Coco Jones. The former was much more short-lived, while Klay Thompson was rumored to have been dating the latter for nearly two years.

While Klay Thompson has not come out to clarify his position after his breakup with Megan Thee Stallion, those on the internet linked the Dallas Mavericks star to a WNBA player.

Fans started rumors that Seattle Storm guard and Gil’s Arena panelist Lexie Brown was the one helping the 36-year-old cheat on the rapper.

But Thee Stallion’s accusations have left NBA and music fans disappointed with how everything has turned out. Many were rooting for this relationship, but it ended before it managed to complete a full year.
