This week’s Raw was Night 2 of the 2024 Draft. As announced last week on SmackDown, Nia Jax was drafted to the blue brand. However, before saying goodbye to Monday nights, she faced Liv Morgan. It was a grudge match where both ladies delivered a hard-hitting fight. However, it felt like the stars were not aligned for The Irresistible Force on her last night on Raw.

In the opening segment, the sinister Liv Morgan challenged Jax to a singles match. It didn’t take long for the former Women’s Champion to accept the challenge. However, Morgan has been operating on another level ever since her return. It caught Nia off guard, leading to her loss in her farewell match. Naomi and Tiffany Stratton were at the ringside, which led to a distraction for Nia Jax. This worked in favor of Liv in the closing stretches of the match.

Furthermore, it was another loss for the Irresistible Force in her recent stint in WWE. It feels like her momentum is slowly dying with such booking decisions. However, it is a positive sign that she is drafted to SmackDown, as it might revitalize her on Friday nights. For Liv, it was another showing on her ‘Liv Morgan Revenger Tour‘. She has also challenged Becky Lynch at Backlash in France afterwards.

Over the top, both Morgan and Lynch had an intense staredown on Raw. With the heat being at an all-time high, it looks like fans are going on a ride with this feud on the red brand. Only time will tell how far Liv is willing to go from here on out in the quest to win the Women’s World Championship.

Liv Morgan caught with Dominik Mysterio on Raw

After injuring Rhea Ripley, Liv Morgan claimed that she was going to take everything from Mami. Last week, she was spotted interacting with Dominik Mysterio. It sparked speculation about Mysterio switching sides to join Morgan. Further, a segment from this week’s Raw has fueled those speculations to another extent.

While Cathy Kelley was taking an interview with Jey Uso, fans noticed two figures in the background. First, Liv walked out of a room, followed by Dominik coming out of the same room. Fans quickly speculated on the angle of conversation between the two, as it was less likely to be just a coincidence.

This suggests that Morgan is “stealing” Dom away from Mami. It is highly likely, as some rumors state, that Ripley will turn babyface upon her return. It might set the tone for a clash for ages between the two ladies. In addition to that, it can be a perfect redemption arc for the Eradicator.
