However, when The Rock made his return in October, the plans were drastically altered. As a result, WWE has postponed the highly anticipated match between Reigns and Fatu to later in 2025.

The report also revealed that matches like Logan Paul vs. John Cena and CM Punk vs. Seth Rollins were initially planned for WrestleMania in October. However, The Great One’s uncertain status prompted another change, further altering the original match card.
The initial plan for a clash between The OTC and The Samoan Werewolf was to elevate the latter into the spotlight. A match with The Needle Mover at the Grandest Stage of Them All was expected to provide significant benefits to the 32-year-old.
