The Rock made his earth-shattering return at Bad Blood in Atlanta earlier this month. Following his return, there was several speculations about The Final Boss’ next move. A recent report has finally shed light on the WWE legend’s future amidst the ongoing ‘Bloodline Civil War.’
According to Xero via X, The Rock is not expected to be back until January 2025. Therefore, there are currently no plans for his involvement in ‘The Bloodline Civil War.’ Additionally, his full-time return in the story is being planned for Raw’s debut on Netflix next year.
Even though the Hollywood star has been gone for a few months, he has already put Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes on notice. In addition to that, he has also confirmed his appearance for WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas. Therefore, it can be concluded that he may have a program with either one of Rhodes or Reigns, or maybe even both.

Bully Ray believes The Rock vs. Roman Reigns might happen at SummerSlam in New York next year
The Rock and Roman Reigns have always been pitted against each other as one of the biggest dream matches. However, their potential match in WWE has always faced setbacks and delays. Recently, WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray opined that The Final Boss and The OTC might collide at MetLife Stadium at SummerSlam 2025.
Speaking on the Busted Open Radio, Ray talked about how grand this match is. Hence, he admitted that it is bound to happen in the years to come. WWE might plan this blockbuster main event either at WrestleMania 41 or possibly at SummerSlam 2025.
The former WWE Tag Team Champion also added that he feels this grand match has the potential of selling out the legendary Rose Bowl stadium in California. That being said, it is a no-brainer that WWE would not have this match on their calendar down the line.
