We’re almost set to enter the Wrestlemania season. The new year is upon us and it seems like WWE has some bashes planned for their fans, in advance. As we know, there are some rumblings that this year’s Wrestlemania in Los Angeles can be the biggest one yet. With the likes of The Rock, Steve Austin and John Cena rumored to wrestle at the marquee event, the roof is almost certain to blast off SoFi Stadium.
Well, we’ve received some breaking news on the planned main-events of the show. WrestlingNews.co has exclusively reported the separate matches that will close out the two-night pop-culture extravaganza. On night 1, Seth Rollins vs. Drew McIntyre or Cody Rhodes is listed for the WWE Championship.
On the other hand, Roman Reigns will supposedly defend the Universal Championship against an opponent yet to be decided. The plan is if The Rock is unable to make the show, Cody Rhodes would replace him. So that means, in this scenario, we’ll get Roman Reigns vs. Cody Rhodes.
Well, the most intriguing part is how the promotion will separate both the titles before Mania. The situation looks complex as ever and just can’t be predicted by perfection. However, it appears that Triple H has coined a master plan to jettison the WWE Championship off Roman Reigns. We’ll have to wait and see how things actually work out.

What we can expect from Wrestlemania 39?

As mentioned above, we could possibly witness the greatest Mania of all-time next year. With a realistic possibility of The Rock wrestling Roman Reigns itself makes the show a must-watch. In what would be a battle for the ages to come, these two Samoan torchbearers can make the entire world stop and just look at them.
Additionally, ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin is on course to compete at his second consecutive Wrestlemania event. After making his in-ring return against Kevin Owens last year, the Texas Rattlesnake felt great. As we know, the WWE legend has been posting a lot of workout videos over his Instagram. Going through them, Austin is probably in his best shape after what he was in prime.
The 16-time World Champion John Cena will finally have a match at Wrestlemania, next year. The Franchise Player has not competed on WWE’s biggest show since 2021. He’s rumored to face Logan Paul at the Pinnacle of Sports Entertainment. Adding to the already stacked card, Brock Lesnar will face the current Intercontinental Champion Gunther. It’s not specified whether the title would be on the line or not.
