Michael Jai White is one of the best martial artists in Hollywood. The actor has extensive knowledge of the striking department. He even insinuated that he was better than Jon Jones in the standup game after they had sparred. White has also trained with Francis Ngannou, who recently lost to Anthony Joshua in Riyadh. It was Ngannou’s first knockout loss in any combat sport.
Ngannou had done well in his boxing debut against Tyson Fury. Many even thought Ngannou beat Fury. However, in his second boxing fight against Joshua, the Cameroonian lost via KO in the second round after successive knockdowns. White revealed why Ngannou looked better against Fury than Joshua in his recent interview on VLAD TV.
When he fought Tyson Fury, he didn't bite on the feints...But now I think maybe because Anthony Joshua probably had much more threatening blows and jabs that caused Francis to constantly go to block, go to block. That's one of the things that was very different. He wasn't doing that with Fury.Michael Jai White via VLAD TV

White stated that as Ngannou bit on the feints from Joshua, the Cameroonian overemphasized parrying punches from his opponent. Joshua took advantage of it and landed a clean right hand on Ngannou’s chin, sending the Cameroonian to the shadow realm.
Even though Ngannou was the underdog in the fight, many thought he could spring an upset. Moreover, nobody expected a knockout loss for Ngannou. The Cameroonian had shown a durable chin throughout his career. Therefore, the sight of Ngannou motionless on the canvas saddened the MMA community.
Michael Jai White previews Anthony Joshua vs. Tyson Fury
The UK has two of the most popular heavyweight boxers in the world – Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury. Joshua became a household name after his Olympic triumph and subsequent success in professional boxing.
On the other hand, Fury’s victory against Wladimir Klitschko made him famous, but his subsequent tragic lifestyle attracted notoriety. Nonetheless, Joshua and Fury have never fought inside the ring.

The fight could potentially happen in 2025, and fans eagerly await it. The odds have favored Fury in recent predictions of boxing enthusiasts. However, Michael Jai White has a different prediction, as revealed in a recent interview.
I think Anthony Joshua could beat Tyson Fury, yes I do, especially if Tyson Fury fights like he fought against [Francis] Ngannou. Anthony Joshua is fast, I mean, to me, he's an athlete...you've got a guy that's bigger than Francis Ngannou fighting Fury. I think Fury doesn't take you out with one shot, doesn't take Anthony Joshua out with one shot. It takes a cumulative, but Anthony Joshua can take him out with one shot, the same way that Ngannou can.Michael Jai White via VLAD TV

White predicted that Joshua is intelligent enough to employ a good plan, unlike Deontay Wilder. Fury was able to maneuver through the power punches of Wilder due to the American’s recklessness. In a potential fight against Joshua, Fury won’t be able to do it, according to White.
