Emotions often run high in any sport- and MLB is no exception. However, sometimes one forgets to draw the line between what is reasonable and what is perhaps a little too much. This line was certainly crossed recently when one MLB Fan decided to put the sport ahead of his child.
Of course, catching a ball during a game is quite the thrill, and sought after by many. This one baseball fan also tried to do the same. The only issue? He was holding a baby in his hand. Oh! The stare he got later by the mother of his child gave goosebumps to the fans watching.
The man was with his family at an Arizona Diamondbacks game in Phoenix. While most parents are great at multitasking, this man probably chose the wrong time to test his limits and pushed his luck a bit too far. When he saw a foul ball incoming, he simply could not miss the chance to catch it.

However, things came at a steep price for the man. The man reached into the air in an attempt to catch the ball. He catched it with his left hand just as disaster striked- his baby starts slipping out of his hand. Thankfully quick reflexes and luck allowed him to catch the baby mid air.
His only big loss? A small amount of spilt beer. A lot of people however were concerned with how unsafe it was for the child to be in that situation. More than that it was irresponsible of the father to let go of his child in that way. Thankfully both of them got away harmless, and eventually happy.
