Joe Rogan is probably the most known voice across the board when it comes to podcasts. He has arguaby the biggest podcast in the world, with around 200 million downloads in a month (of the Joe Rogan Experience).
On the Joe Rogan Experience, the podcaster talks of subjects that span a wide plethora of subjects – from neuroscience to philosophy, to politics, and also to his beloved MMA. Covering all these topics entails him inviting on the podcast a slew of influential people. Some of the most famous people he’s had on his podcast are Lex Friedman, Dr Andrew Huberman, Elon Musk and Georges St. Pierre.
Many of his topics tread uncomfortable waters while he and his guest traverse through them. However, in some instances, he has landed himself in hot water due to the unwise navigation of such talking points.
One such instance is that of vaccine misinformation, wherein a whole slew of people across the internet called for the boycott of Rogan, given that he was allegedly spreading information that was detrimental to the effective control of Covid-19.

“KneeHow!!” Israel Adesanya hilariously replies under Joe Rogan’s post about China’s lunar achievement

Joe Rogan is extremely active on Instagram, posting both goofs and relevant information. Recently, he chose to post a screengrab of a news article describing China’s discovery of a new mineral on the moon that can also act as an inexhaustible fuel.
All over the globe, people are marvelling at China’s ability to inch away at the US’s eroding hegemonic status. Not only is it chipping away at America’s trade monopoly across the world, but is also now matching or beating American science and technology. The article that Joe shared, reads, “The find makes China the third country to discover a new mineral on the Moon, and the country says it’s analyzed the soil for rare helium-3.”
Hilariously, Joe Rogan captioned the post, “Might be time to learn Mandarin, kids.” Echoing his attempt at making a funny gaff out of the achievement, fighters and fans replied under his comment. Israel Adesanya wrote, “KneeHow!”, while Mike Perry wrote, “Yeah and they made a carburetor that stopped using gasoline and they killed the guy.”

Considering the stellar nature of the Chinese achievement, could we expect this topic to turn up in a future episode of JRE? Only time will tell, but till then, we can only go back to old JRE episodes and binge on some of the absolute classics in that treasure trove.
