Ronnie Coleman is one of the most successful professional bodybuilders in Mr. Olympia’s history. Subsequently, after retiring and suffering several injuries, Coleman has remained active on YouTube and social media in recent years. Furthermore, he regularly appears on popular podcasts and YouTube channels and enjoys sharing his experiences with his followers.
In The Iced Coffee Hour podcast, Coleman revealed how Joe Rogan gave him a suggestion for his pain. Coleman revealed that Rogan suggested stem cell treatment, and Coleman did it for the last two years. Furthermore, Coleman said, “It’s been the best thing that has ever happened to me in my life.” Coleman stated that the stem cell treatment took away the pain caused by the herniated disc in his upper back. Subsequently, Coleman stated, “They don’t allow it here in the United States because of politics.”
Hence, Coleman goes to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, because real stem cell from the placenta is not sanctioned in the USA. Furthermore, Coleman stated that each stem cell injection costs him $2800 and takes away the pain he suffered. While discussing stem cells, they referred to them as blank cells.
Furthermore, whenever you inject a stem cell into a part of your body, it adapts to the cells of that particular body part. Hence, if one injects stem cells into the legs, they will transform into leg cells. It has benefitted Coleman immensely but it is always better to consult a doctor before going for any health procedures.
Joe Rogan talks about Ronnie Coleman’s pain caused by bodybuilding
In an episode of the Joe Rogan Experience podcast, Rogan spoke about Coleman with much respect and admiration. Furthermore, he mentioned how Coleman was different in comparison to other bodybuilders.
Rogan stated how Coleman lifted massive amounts of weight to increase his size, and he achieved that goal. However, he injured his back, but Coleman would continue the set, which caused a lot of complications for him. Coleman’s bodybuilding career has had a detrimental effect on his body in terms of nerve damage. In addition to the herniated disc in his back, Coleman’s legs do not function properly, making him use a wheelchair.
Furthermore, he has significantly improved after Joe Rogan suggested stem cell treatment for him, and Coleman has also visited a BioXncellerator. Rogan’s advice has benefitted some while others should consult their doctors before going for any such procedure.
