The fight took place at Home Fight Championship 3, which took place in the Santa Luzia region of southern Brazil. A low-budget MMA setup where fighters Romero Reis and Diego Galo went against each other. Reis dropped Galo, followed it up with a barrage of shots, and didn’t stop even after the intervention of the referee.

The fighter threw away the referee and confined himself to throwing heavy shots at the helpless opponent. This led other members of the promotion to come inside the cage and stop the fighter from doing further damage.
