‘F** win, Bulls**,’ Kyle Busch goes on an angry rant at Las Vegas Cup series race winner Alex Bowman following his loss

Alex Bowman won his first race in 2022 edging his teammate and defending champion Kyle Larson in the last lap of Pennzoil 400 in Las Vegas following a wheel-to-wheel battle in overtime. Team Hendrik’s top finish comes from a risky strategy they undertook by opting to change only 2 tires before the final restart.

But Alex Bowman’s win and team Hendricks’s top 3 finish came at the cost of Joe Gibbs Racing duo Kyle Busch and Martin Truex Jr. Busch and Truex Jr was leading the pack with just three laps to go until Erick Jones crashed his car bringing out the restart and they were only able to exit the pit behind 3 Hendriks drivers.

Kyle Busch was unable to retake the lead to himself as Alex Bowman and Kyle Larson kept their places safe with the former coming out victorious and Busch finishing in P4 at the chequered flag. Following this Kyle Busch went on an angry rant at Bowman through his radio, find out what it is.

Kyle Busch wasn’t at all pleased with Alex Bowman’s win over him during the restart as the veteran went on a rant in his team radio after the chequered flag saying “The same f****** guy who backs into every f****** win that he ever f****** gets backs into another f****** win. Bulls***!”

In his post-race interview, Kyle Busch acknowledged his and Joe Gibbs Racing teammate Martin Truex Jr’s disappointment in Las Vegas after the duo fell behind the Hendrick motorsport duo in the final resort just 3 laps to go after leading the race until the caution saying they were so close to winning the race but it wasn’t meant to be as he felt like it wasn’t their day

Trying to do just what I could do to hold the lead there with [Martin Truex Jr.]. Felt like I inched away finally, we were coming to the white — I don’t know what it was. But anyway, wasn’t meant to be. Not our day. See you next week,” Kyle Busch added.

NASCAR will hit the Phoenix Raceway, Avondale for Ruoff Mortgage 500, the 4th race of the Cup series in 2022, on 14 March.
