Chase Elliott, who has won the NASCAR Most Popular Driver Award in the last five years, has opened up about his plans to get married. Born to racing royalty, the son of former Cup champion Bill Elliott is among the most beloved drivers in the garage, which is unsurprising to everyone, considering Bill holds the record for most popular driver awards.

Former NASCAR driver Kenny Wallace asked the No:5 Hendrick Motorsports Chevy Camaro ZL1 driver if he had any plans to get married during the Bristol race week. The 2020 Cup champion admitted that he is not in any rush to tie knots with anyone, and since he isn’t even 30 years old, he has time left.

I’m not against it by any means. I also think, what’s the rush? I’m not against it, you find the right one and the timings right, why not?, I’m good with it. But I’m in no rush, I’m not even 30. What’s the rush?” Chase Elliott said during Wallace’s’ Trackside Live show.

Wallace’s question isn’t just out of naivety, but he might be among the many fans of the sport and the drivers who are eager to have an idea about Elliott’s love life.  Elliot hasn’t revealed any details about a potential partner, and other than a few farfetched gossip, there haven’t been any rumors or reports about him being in a relationship.

Chase Elliott is on the verge of finishing his 2023 season winless

The champion driver had a disappointing 2023 season that saw him miss out on the playoff for the first time in his career since his debut. He hasn’t been able to score a win this season, with the major reason being his missing seven regular season races in the first half of the year.

He missed the initial six races due to a tibia injury following a snowboarding accident. He was sidelined for six weeks, which saw Josh Berry taking over the No:9 car for five races and Jordan Taylor for the COTA event. NASCAR suspended him for a race after he deliberately wrecked Denny Hamlin a few races after his return from injury.

Elliott came painfully close to wins in the late parts of the regular season in the road course races. He now has just seven more playoff races left to secure a win and end his winless streak. Elliott will have his best shot in the playoff race at the ROVAL.
