NASCAR Cup Series team Richard Childress Racing and one of the most successful injury law firms in the United States, Morgan & Morgan, have signed a multi-year, multi-race agreement for Kyle Busch and Austin Dillon. This is the first time a Cup team and an injury law firm have partnered in the Series. Both parties are thrilled with this innovative partnership and look forward to watching the two drivers represent the law firm on the track.

Morgan & Morgan will make their NASCAR Cup debut with No.3 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 driver Austin Dillon at Darlington Raceway in the Cookout Southern 500. The race is scheduled for September 3rd. Kyle Busch, the No.8 Chevrolet driver, will run the law firm paint scheme at his home race, the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, on 15th October. The company will also sponsor both drivers for more races in 2024.

NASCAR fans had a mixed reaction to the news. One fan commented, “Now Austin can start suing when he gets run into.” The user joked that RCR’s new sponsor is a law firm. Another fan commented, “And just like that, Kyle Busch has “M&M” back on his car.” For a very long time, Busch had a sponsorship deal with M&M Mars. However, it came to an end in 2022. The fans are amused that he will have “M&M” back on his car, though this time would be a law firm and not a candy company.

“If you know anything about John Morgan, it would be absolutely terrifying to see his literal face in your rearview mirror at 180 MPH,” was one user’s comment. John Morgan is an American attorney and the founder of the company. Both Chevrolet cars feature his face in the black and yellow paint scheme. Take a look at other reactions below.

The law firm told in the press release that they are dedicated to fighting and winning for the people and not the powerful. They claim that with Richard Childress Racing, they have a shared interest in giving back to the community. They expressed their excitement by saying they couldn’t wait to see Busch and Dillon represent them on the track. It remains to be seen whether this partnership will be successful.
