Kurt Busch keeps pushing to make a comeback to the track before the season finale

Kurt Busch has been on the sidelines since the Pocono qualifying. The 23X1 Racing driver suffered a concussion which ruled him out from racing. The veteran is waiting for the green light from NASCAR to start racing again.

Ty Gibbs has been the substitute driver for the 23X1 team. The young JGR Xinity driver has produced some commendable runs so far this season. However, fans and drivers alike have been missing the veteran’s presence at the track.

Kurt Busch recently attended the Paint the Pit Wall Pink event at Charlotte Motor Speedway. The event is organized in support of breast cancer survivors. In the event, Busch opened up about his hopes for a return to the cup series before the end of the season.

Kurt Busch said that he is feeling good about his health and is making progress each week. He pointed out that he is unsure about his return. Busch added time is the main challenge for him to make a comeback.

I’m doing good. Each week is better progress and I feel good. I don’t know when I’ll be back, but time has been the challenge. Father Time is the one in charge on this one,” Kurt Busch said.

Kurt Busch is making progress every week and is pushing to get back. He said, “I feel hopeful. I know that I have more doctor visits and more distance to go, and I keep pushing each week. TPC, Toyota Performance Center, has been a group of angels that have helped me with the workouts and the vestibular workouts,”.

Kurt Busch is taking different nutrition and supplements to restore balance. He said, “Different nutrition as well. Different supplements and things to help everything rebalance with my vision, my hearing, and just overall balance in general,” .
