The 2023 season has seen drastic changes in the life of Richard Childress Racing veteran Kyle Busch. He ended his one and half decade stay with the Toyota team to return to the Chevy garage. The chaos was surprising for many in the NASCAR community. JGR’s inability to properly replace his outgoing sponsor, M&M, prompted the exit.

This year hasn’t just changed Busch on Track but has also changed him off track. He is seen enjoying spending more time with his wife, Samantha Busch, and kids. They have been in the stands supporting him on most of the races this season, and Busch is heavily involved in his son Brexton’s junior racing career.

Now the two times Cup series champion has reportedly put his 15,003-square-foot house for sale. He is asking $12,995,000 to transfer the ownership of his home to the potential customer. He bought the house under the “East Denver Revocable Trust” 2012 for a reported $7.5 million. He is seeking a $5.5 Million profit from the sale.

It’s one of the most luxurious mansions in the area, and it was the costliest house purchase when he made it in 2012 in the region.  It is located on a 1.3-acre property adjacent to Lake Norman. The house was built in 2008.  The highlight of the house is the 180-degree panoramic view of Lake Norman

The $80 Million worth NASCAR driver’s house has seven bedrooms and ten bathrooms. Eight bathrooms are full, and the other two are half baths. It has a boat dock, a covered slip, and a heated swimming pool with a swim-up bar. It also has a fully equipped outdoor kitchen.

While Kyle Busch has left Joe Gibbs Racing and is now a fully pledged RCR driver, his connection with the personals around the top TRD side hasn’t changed. Heather Gibbs is the representative for Busch’s property, and he has given her the responsibility of selling the house. She is working with  Corcoran HM Properties.

Heather Gibbs is the mother of Busch’s JGR replacement Ty Gibbs and the widow of Coy Gibbs, Joe Gibbs’s son, who was one of the top officials of JGR. He passed away in 2022, just hours after his son Ty secured the Xfinity series championship. Selecting Heather for this role might be proof of the trust and connection he still has with the Gibbs family.
