“Weekly negative post,” Kyle Busch calls out NASCAR social media post depicting his poor form in the summer causing a Twitter frenzy

Kyle Busch
Kyle Busch, you love him or hate him, is a definite NASCAR future Hall of Famer considering the contributions of the veteran to the development of the sport and the absolute domination he has produced in all three NASCAR series in his nearly two-decades-long career. The 2015 and 2019 cup series champion has been the flag bearer for the Toyota teams in the cup series and is without a doubt the best Toyota driver to ever hit the track.
The No:18 Toyota Camry driver, though already secured a playoff spot with his Bristol Dirt Race win, hasn’t been at his best in the 2022 season as he failed to carry the incredible momentum he had in the first half of the season where he was a regular top 5 contender to the second half where he had some quiet underwhelming run and DNF’s. The recent struggles of the veteran can be attributed to the fact that his contract extension talks with JGR aren’t going anywhere.
NASCAR released a short video depicting the drop in form of the veteran in the summer captioning the short video “summer series Kyle Busch,”. The video which showed his finishes have come down from top 4 to post 30 didn’t sit well with the veteran who was getting ready to make his way back to winning form in the coming cup race at Richmond Raceway. Kyle Busch called out NASCAR for the timing of the post and the message it carries commenting below the post “Ah yes, the scheduled weekly negative post,”.
Though whatever was depicted in the short that came out was true the timing was a bit off from NASCAR as they should have done this to such a senior driver as Kyle Busch, though he isn’t someone that will be fazed by such comments coming his way. NASCAR shouldn’t have resorted to such PR and should have used some kind of positive or motivating post for him.
How NASCAR Twitter reacted to Kyle Busch calling out NASCAR

NASCAR twitter had both supportive and negative reactions to the comments made by Kyle Busch and the NASCAR tweets. There were some tweets encouraging Busch to perform well drawing inspiration from the post while there were also comments that suggested that what it said is the truth that can’t be denied.
