First win since losing Kyle. I’ve never felt so proud and so heartbroken at the same time. Brexton continues to amaze me with his determination, his resilience, the way he keeps showing up to do what he loves even while carrying so much at such a young age.

Watching her son celebrating the race win with the iconic bow made her really emotional. Watching Brexton win races was something that the two times Cup champions celebrated more than anything when he was alive.
Watching him celebrate all I could think about was Kyle. There was nothing that made him happier than watching Brex race, spending the day tinkering on his car and then being the first one sprinting to Victory Lane with that huge grin on his face.
Samantha Busch highlighted.
Furthermore, she recalled the personal conversations they had over the years regarding the chaos of racing and how they are going to cherish those memories in old age. It was a special win for the whole stock racing community.
I used to tell Kyle during all the late nights, roadtrips and chaos of long weekends at the track that one day when we were 80 we’d look back and say, Those were the best days of our lives. I knew then and I know even more now, they really were. Congratulations, buddy. Dad would’ve been so, so proud.
Samantha Busch added.
The comments from Mrs. Busch shows how much she as well as late Kyle Busch wanted to see their son succeed in racing. It would be interesting to see if Brexton can make it to NASCAR and expand family racing legacy.
