James Harden and the Brooklyn Nets are not coming on any common ground as according to reports the star guard is unhappy with Nets management who carelessly handled the Kyrie Irving situation. It was expected that Harden will complete the season with the Nets but the situation is getting worse between them.

According to Sam Amick and Alex Schiffer of The Athletic, the actual truth is that Harden is dissatisfied with how his time with the Nets has been criticized severely. He came in the Nets squad to be the part of the big three but due to injuries in the team, all the load has come on his shoulder:

The Athletic Insider Shams Charania reported last week, “While Harden has thrown hints that he’s not crazy about Irving’s part-time status, a source with knowledge of Harden’s thinking said he’s frustrated in general with his Nets tenure. He came to Brooklyn expecting to be part of a three-headed monster, yet has played a similar role to what was required of him in Houston: having to be the guy.

While Irving’s part-time status is unprecedented, a source aware of the team’s thinking said the 6-foot-2, point guard’s situation hasn’t been as much of a problem as one would expect because he’s played hard when available, albeit in a limited capacity.”

Undisputed host Shannon Sharpe wants Kyrie Irving to be traded in place of James Harden

The same issue was discussed on “Undisputed,” by sports analyst Shannon Sharpe where he suggested to the Nets management that if they want to make changes in their team or want to move someone it should be Kyrie Irving and not James Harden

Sharpe said, “James Harden is no longer happy in Brooklyn, and I think a lot of it has to do with Kyrie Irving. Bringing this team together was a sacrifice. KD & Harden have sacrificed, but Kyrie hasn’t. I would convince Harden to stay and move Kyrie Irving.”

Moreover, all this rumors are doing nothing but damaging the team spirit of the Nets and has even started affecting the performance of the players. Because the most terrible teams are not having the losing streak more than seven games this season but the Nets have already crossed it which clearly indicates the off-balance of the team. The Nets management has to come up with something that might make their team more stable and focus only on winning games.
