Stephen Curry was close to break the 11 year long held record of most three pointers made by Ray Allen from a past couple of games and being short only by 2 three pointers it was very obvious that Stephen Curry will get it done at Madison Square Garden against New York Knicks.
Hitting two three pointers early in the game Stephen Curry broke the record in the opening minutes itself and even had a celebration of some minutes with the team, bench, parents Dell Curry and Sonya Curry, the head coach Steve Kerr and even showed some respect while sharing a moment with Ray Allen and Reggie Miller. His head coach of Davidson College Bob McKillop was also in attendance to congratulate him.
After the 28 foot jumper and breaking the record the crowd at Madison Square Garden was hyped and on their feet respecting the heights Stephen Curry has achieved in so less time. Stephen Curry also had a moment with Draymond Green where Green hugged Steph and Congratulated him as the game was paused at 7:28 remaining in first quarter and everyone on the Golden State Warriors bench dabbed “The Chef”.
