LeBron James and Skip Bayless
Fox Sports analyst Skip Bayless has come up with a warning for the Lakers led by LeBron James to keep an eye on the San Antonio Spurs as they are almost there to took the play-in position of the LA-based franchisee. Bayless warning came when the New Orleans Pelicans defeated the Atlanta Hawks and replaced the Lakers in the 9th position of the western conference.

Although, the Pelicans are not considered as the contender for the championship they are surely challenging the 2020 NBA champs for the play-in position. The biggest matter of concern for the Lakers is that if the SA Spurs also overtook them before the regular season ends, they will not get any chance to make a place in the playoffs for the current season.
For fans who don’t know about the play-in tournament here what it is, The NBA introduced a new format in the 2020-21 season which gives the opportunity to the teams in the 9th and 10th to qualify for postseason games. Further, the league has decided to continue the new format due to the massive viewership gained last season.
