“Love my brothers regardless”: Kevin Durant makes honest admission after being questioned about the ‘Non-Stop Drama’ surrounding Nets
Kevin Durant
Kevin Durant drafting his All-Star team alongside LeBron James, Charles Barkley and Shaquille O’Neal and more gave away a reaction on James Harden’s trade. As he avoided selecting his former teammate James Harden in the draft and chose Rudy Gobert over him. The Brooklyn Nets and Philadelphia 76ers finalized the deal with hours left for the deadline to end as James Harden forced his way out of Brooklyn.
In exchange for James Harden, Brooklyn Nets acquired Ben Simmons, Seth Curry, Andre Drummond and two future first-round picks from the Philadelphia 76ers. The Brooklyn Nets have a new BIG 3 now as Ben Simmons replaces James Harden. The Nets still have Kevin Durant sidelined due to an MCL sprain and the team has fallen down to a play-in spot. Currently, the Brooklyn Nets are ranked as the 8th seed in the eastern conference with the record of 29 wins and 26 losses at .527 as they lost 10 games straight and now are down one man as Harden left the team. Though Nets managed to get a good package in return it would still take time to form the team chemistry.
Kevin Durant reacting to the Harden trade quoted: “I’m excited for our team. forward to finishing the season out with this new group and these new players. Playoffs are right around the corner so we got to fast-track it to get used to each other, but I’m excited. I think everybody got what they wanted.” The trade didn’t really please Durant as James Harden forced it and changed the whole roster while also altering the chances.

Kevin Durant’s honest admission regarding the ongoing drama at Brooklyn Nets
Charles Barkley questioning Kevin regarding the drama quoted: “Hey man do you have a full-time psychiatrist on staff dealing with all the stuff you have to deal with Brooklyn…I know that you gotta deal with the James situation no deal with that no more. You got Kyrie going on I mean there’s always drama around that team. So I know you got to have somebody to talk to because it’s hectic.”
Kevin Durant replying to it kept it simple and short as he quoted: “What I gotta deal with I am making millions of dollars playing basketball….I love my brothers regardless.” The reply didn’t throw anyone under the bus but made one thing sure that the rivalry between Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving and James Harden is on. As the Beard ditched the Nets in a tough time and forced a trade to Philadelphia 76ers to play alongside Joel Embiid.
