Pop superstar Justin Timberlake, a minority owner of Memphis Grizzlies, was so impressed by the JA Morant’s performance against the LA Lakers on 9th Jan that he has asked his fans on Twitter to vote for Morant for the 2022 NBA All-star game.
Memphis native Timberlake comes in the category of the most followed celebrities on Twitter gathering a total of 63 million followers, and one can only wonder the impact it’d make when his fans start to promote Ja Morant for the 2020 All-Star campaign.

What made Justin Timberlake come back on Social Media?
The Pop culture sensation has been absent from social media for months but Morant’s performance couldn’t stop him from giving him the shoutout on Twitter. Timberlake had to make sure his tweet counted as a vote, so he had to send out another post with the proper hashtags.
Justin Timberlake urged his fans to vote Ja Morant as a starter for the 2022 All-Star Game with multiple tweets. He tweeted, “I know I haven’t been on any platform in a while so I’d like to take this opportunity to make a very important statement…..All Star #12 Ja Morant .”
Grizzlies’ star point guard has been having an exceptional season since his rookie year when he averaged 24.7 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 6.7 assists per game in his 29 appearances, and also went on to win the ‘Rookie of the year for it in 2020. His form since then has been only improved whether it’s ball-handling, thunderous dunk, or three-point shooting.

Timberlake shares JA Morant’s incredible block against the Lakers
Along with Timberlake’s Tweet regarding Ja Morant’s All-Star appearance, the pop singer also shared the biggest highlight of the game: the Morant chase-down block on Avery Bradley.
In the game against the Lakers JA Morant was spectacular and kept the ball moving in the favor of the Grizzlies which eventually led his team to victory. The 6’3’’ point guard is averaging 24.7 PPG, 5.8 RPG, and 6.7 APG in this season.
Currently, JA Morant is in the third position among guards on the first batch of NBA All-Star voting returns in the Western Conference.
