Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban recently talked about his take on the suspended Brooklyn Nets star Kyrie Irving’s scandal. The 2016 NBA Champ remains out as he has yet to fulfill the terms assigned to him. On the same note, Shark Tank judge was unhappy with how the scandal unfolded and gave some words of wisdom.

Mark Cuban was talking on the show ‘RealLyfe Street Starz’ where he quoted, “It’s not acceptable, but at the same, if there was just some dude on the street corner saying what Kyrie said, or Kanye (West) said, you’d just assume they’re crazy and keep on walking.” Mark added, “But when they are a celebrity, you can’t do that. You have a platform, so people pay attention. I don’t think Kyrie has got a bad heart, but I think he’s definitely not educated about the impact it has, and that’s part of the process.”

Kyrie Irving took much time to issue a ‘proper’ apology as he did get many chances to speak out. He has been assigned terms, and on their completion, he will be allowed back on the court. Kyrie also met NBA commissioner Adam Silver, and Brooklyn Nets owner Joe Tsai and both of them talked positively about him but did not give out many details of the meeting.

The ‘current’ Brooklyn Nets Head Coach has no idea when Kyrie Irving will return

Suspended star Kyrie Irving was supposed to make a comeback against Sacramento Kings but seems to remain unavailable for seven straight games. Head coach Jacque Vaugh recently stated that he has no update on when Kyrie will return. Owner Joe Tsai thinks Kyrie’s apology post on Instagram is still insufficient to make people believe he is actually ‘sorry.’

Brooklyn recorded 4-2, a better stat line without Irving in the ranks. Vaughn stepped in after the Nets parted ways with Steve Nash and set up a more spirited defense, better ball movement, and some sound rotation tweaks. The Nets suffered a defeat against the Lakers on Sunday.

They have some tough injury questions to deal with as Ben Simmons, Joe Harris, and Seth Curry are missing out due to the same. This leaves a heavy workload on Kevin Durant to carry the team. The Nets take on the Sacramento Kings, as all eyes will be on Kyrie’s return to the court, and his performance and behavior after that will speak volumes about his learnings from the recent incident.
