Despite the confidence in Davis, the Lakers know that the Bulls will not be an easy opponent. The 28-year-old forward has also been efficient, shooting 56.3% from the field and anchoring the Lakers’ defense with his shot-blocking abilities. Davis’s all-around game has been on full display in recent weeks, with impressive performances against the Phoenix Suns and the OKC Thunder
For the Lakers to continue their climb up the Eastern Conference standings, they will need Davis to maintain his level of play. With LeBron James expected to return soon, the Lakers could be a force to be reckoned with come playoff time.
